B.R.M R180 TIMEPIECE
Conceived in partnership with B.R.M Chronographes, the B.R.M R180 timepiece majestically appears from its case on the dashboard when the vehicle is started. With hands that automatically move to the right time, it combines technology with elegant design.
FULL GRAIN LEATHER STEERING WHEEL
Make driving even more comfortable and feel the soft leather that covers DS 7’s steering wheel. Fashioned by craftsmen, this elegant full grain leather is enhanced by satin chrome inserts that give the cockpit a distinguished design.
“CLOUS DE PARIS” EMBOSSED INSERTS
To embellish the controls of DS 7, our craftspeople were inspired by fine watchmaking with “Clous de Paris” embossed inserts. This finish, as artistic as it is high tech, is performed by the pyramid-shaped heads of small nails gracefully criss-crossing.
DRAPED NAPPA LEATHER INTERIORS
Nappa leather, a precious full-grain leather has been chosen by our upholsterers to enhance interiors. In the OPÉRA interior, watchstrap upholstery is a delicate way of emphasising the deep link between DS Automobiles and French luxury craftsmanship.
“WATCHSTRAP” UPHOLSTERY
Our upholsterers have enhanced DS 7’s interior with Nappa leather, a precious full-grain leather. The exclusive “watchstrap” upholstery gracefully emphasises the strong link between DS Automobiles and French craftsmanship.
“PEARL” STITCHING
A highly sophisticated detail in the shape of a pearl that’s replicated on the seams of our leathers, Pearl Stitching came straight from the imagination of our upholsterers. Elegant and delicate, this nod to high fashion is a unique signature for DS Automobiles.
CONNECTED TRAVEL
Connected cockpit
For DS 7 we developed a cockpit that’s immersive and steadfastly high tech. With its 12.3” digital instrument panel and its large 12” HD central screen, you’ll enjoy better readability for greater comfort and be able to access all essential information in a few taps.
DS IRIS SYSTEM
DS IRIS SYSTEM is our new information ecosystem that’s intuitive, ergonomic and can be completely personalised. It includes a personal assistant with a touch screen and voice recognition. DS IRIS SYSTEM does what you want, when you want.
FOCAL Electra® Hifi System
Inside DS 7, enjoy a unique audio experience by taking advantage of its FOCAL Electra® Sound System. The audio system consists of 14 speakers, including a subwoofer and an amplifier with a total power of 515 Watts for an exceptionally immersive sound.

High performance hybrid
Expert savoir-faire
With a wealth of experience from our participation and two double championship titles in Formula E, the DS PERFORMANCE engineers have built technology into DS 7’s E-TENSE power unit that’s straight from motor racing, such as energy recovery under braking.
With the E-TENSE 4×4 360 power unit, DS 7 uses a special drivetrain, suspension and rear axle, developed with the know-how of DS Performance experts.
The power of a 4-wheel drive transmission
When SPORT mode is activated, the combined might of two electric motors and a petrol engine give DS 7 unbelievable power, enabling it to produce 360 horsepower and 520Nm of torque, all while maintaining great flexibility for driving.
E-TENSE Technology
REGENERATIVE BRAKING
With a simple pulse on your gear lever, turn the kinetic energy generated when you decelerate and brake into electricity, thereby extending the electric range of your DS 7.
DRIVE MODES
Our E-TENSE models feature several drive modes:
Zero Emissions mode, engaged by default, is ideal for travelling around built-up areas. With the E-TENSE 4×4 300 version you can cover up to 58 km without using a drop of petrol. Complete silence inside, incredibly responsive: test out a new sensation.
Hybrid mode lets you drive using either electric or the internal combustion engine. As useful in town as on the motorway, it helps you to use electric energy in the best way possible.
Engage Sport mode to release the true potential of DS 7 E-TENSE. The internal combustion engine will deliver all its power, assisted by electric energy. Acceleration, overtaking; the height of dynamic driving.
Available on E-TENSE 4×4 300 and E-TENSE 4×4 360 models, 4WD mode boosts driveability on the road or over tricky terrain. The power of the combustion engine and the electric motors is transmitted seamlessly to the vehicle’s four wheels, improving grip whether the road is damp, muddy, snowy or winding.
E-SAVE FUNCTION
Through the E-SAVE function, you can cover the last 10 or 20 kilometres of your journey in 100% electric mode. That means you can get around town completely freely in your new SUV, even in the event of heavy pollution*.

EMISSIONS AND CONSUMPTION
With three power units available from 225 horsepower to 4-wheel drive versions with 300 and 360 horsepower, our E-TENSE models have emissions up to 49g/km CO₂ (subject to homologation).
